These numbers are not set in stone and are adjusted if needed, but
the rough proportions won't change.

Additional funding
We would like to note that while we don't aim to make any profit from the event, all crew members will receive free accommodation and food as a part of our budget planning.
Any surplus will go into the running costs of our organisation, Poltergeist LARP e.V.
