PRACTICAL FORM
You have to fill out this form before the larp in order to participate. It's a short form about medical needs, allergies and emergency contacts etc. - please fill it out if you haven't yet.

 

 

PAYMENT
Payment is now possible with changed deadlines to accommodate our delay! The new deadlines are February 15th (first installment) and March 15th (second installment).

THE DISCORD SERVER
Here we offer you a space to talk to the other participants of your run. It is simultaneously a space for our community as a whole to spend time together, chat, game and connect. It also has a section if you're looking for relations.

Once you follow the link, you have to acknowledge our rules by clicking the button at the bottom. Afterwards, you can find all text and voice channels on the left side. Find "#how-to-discord" to read a bit about how Discord works and "#get-access" where you can click on the button for your run to gain access to your runs secret sections! :)

 

 

 

 

THE VARIETY SHOW

On the first play day, we will be hosting an ingame variety show where we offer you to take the stage and contribute to the disco with a little act of some sort.
The deadline to submit your act for the show has passed. If you haven't sent anything in, just lean back and enjoy the show in the audience :)

 

THE BAR

You will have access to different kinds of beverages throughout the event. Some of them we will ask you to pay a small fee for though while others are free of charge.

During ingame times, there will always be free coffee, tea, tap water and some kind of flavoured water available. You will always be able to simply take these and we won't ask for payment.

During the game, we will also offer a small selection of non-alcoholic beverages you can buy from the ingame bar for offgame money. These will include, alcohol free beer, one or two kinds of soda, one or two mocktails.

During the pre-game night and the afterparty, you will be able to buy soda and alcoholic beer from us.

Throughout the entire event, you are more than welcome to bring your own drinks as well! Just remember that we won't allow you to consume alcohol during game time.

 

To pay for drinks, you'll be able to exchange offgame euros (in cash) for a stamp card that you then use up at the bar. All drinks will be as cheap as possible, probably between 1 to 3€ per beverage. Remember to bring your own cup for the mocktails and the free drinks, everything else will come in a glas bottle. Mocktails will be served as 0.2l drinks, so make sure your cup holds at least that. :)

CORONA REGULATIONS

Please bring proof of your vaccination. We only need you to have received at least one shot.

We also ask that you take a quicktest within 24 hours before arriving on location. It can be a test you do yourself - you can buy them at any pharmacy and most supermarkets in Germany for very cheap. Remember to take a picture of your result to have ready digitally at the check-in.

We also ask that you bring a spare quicktest to the event in case you develop symptoms and we need you to double check.
